What we carry as a city courier
A city courier is not a parcel service. There is no distribution centre, no transfer point and no sorting facility – your shipment is picked up and delivered directly, by the same courier. That is why a courier ride is faster and more traceable than a parcel, and also why it is priced differently.

What fits on a cargo bike
The per-kilometre rate depends on the size of the shipment. What counts is the sum of the three axes of a package: length plus width plus height.

How the price is put together
The formula is always the same, however individual your shipment: base price €10.00 + per-kilometre rate by size + optional arrival windows + optional extras, net plus 19% VAT. The base price applies per tour, regardless of how many stops it has.
If you need a fixed arrival time, book a window per stop: ±30 minutes for €5.00, or ±10 minutes for €10.00. If only three of five stops need a window, you only pay the surcharge three times. Without a window there is no surcharge.
Where we ride
Our hub is on Markgrafenstraße in Kreuzberg, right in the core area. That keeps the approach to pickup short – with an urgent shipment, that is what decides the transit time.
For pickups and deliveries outside the we additionally charge the distance to or from the area boundary. The core area is shown as a map on the home page.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you pick up?
That depends on current load and distance. Call us and we'll tell you what is still possible today. For a fixed arrival time, book a window of ±30 or ±10 minutes per stop.
How heavy can a shipment be?
Up to 50 kg, or four moving boxes, per bike.
Do you ride at weekends?
On Saturdays we ride tours booked in advance between Monday and Friday; there is no open phone line on Saturdays. On Sundays we ride only essential gastronomy tours, at a steep surcharge.
Are you cheaper than a van courier?
No. Behind every delivery are employed couriers – unusual in an industry where self-employment is the norm – and a cooperative structure with no outside investors. What you pay stays in the operation.
